Hello dear visitors,

my name is Werner Michael (born 1959 in Cologne/Germany) and in 2001 after divorce I went up from 98 to 123kg and felt very bad – sad – confused – worried (and so on!)

Within 10 month I have reduced my weight to 98kg within a combination of healthy living, healthy eating, nutrion and sports.

The following 3 years I have reduced another 5kg step by step and
actual (Octobre 2008) I`m pending between 87 and 90kg (a weight I have had last in the age of around 30 years.

I have created this blog to share experience with human around the globe.
