They come with tons of workout instructions and they will help you automatically get into correct form. The other option is to just get some free weights, a bench and maybe some resistance bands. You can do everything you need to do with these, especially if you’re experienced.

You would be amazed at how many different things you can do with a stability ball. Just sitting on it while you do some upper body exercises with your free weights will make you use your core muscles. You can find entire workouts online that only require a stability ball.
5. Instructions
