How to Create Fitness Marketing Systems That Get Clients

If you want clients, you have to create fitness marketing systems that work for you. What may work for the next guy may not work for you, so you have to play around a little bit and find what you are good at. And you have to make sure you create more than one system that you can use to appeal to different people. But where do you start?

Well, the first place to go is the Internet and the second place is the offline world. Through the Internet, you can reach a lot of people around the world, but you can also market to individuals in your particular area so that you can work with them as clients, which is how you’re going to make your cash.

An online fitness marketing system

When marketing online, you can market to the entire world. However, you don’t want to market to the entire world. You just want to market to your area so that you can gain more clients. Fortunately, you can devise a system that will allow you to market locally and appeal to a lot of individuals. For instance:

All online marketing systems need to have a website involved. The website is like your central hub when it comes to attracting individuals.

On your website, make sure you have a form where people can sign up for an email newsletter or email updates. You need to make sure you send updates and newsletters out at least on a weekly basis. Some of the best fitness marketing systems have frequent emails that contain tips and other valuable information.

To drive traffic to your website, you need to utilize systems such as pay per click advertising, which utilizes a keyword-based system that drives search engine searchers to your site, and you need to use free methods such as social networking.

Use a blog to drive visitors to your website. This is another element that the best fitness marketing systems consist of. You can blog about what is happening in the industry, in your business, and you can give out information that will help your subscribers.

Use social networking to your advantage. This means creating pages on social networking sites and adding individuals in your area to your friends list. By doing this, you are marketing to people in your particular area. You can make sure you provide them with special offers and much more.

An offline fitness marketing system

When you are trying to get clients, your fitness marketing system must also involve offline marketing. You can’t just market online because you are still not going to reach everyone this way. There are still a lot of people who do not use the Internet or they are not very knowledgeable about it. So here are some ways for you to create a fitness marketing system that will work for you offline:

Place ads in your local newspaper and in your local weekend shopper if you have one. – If there is a magazine for your area, see about advertising in that magazine. – You can look into billboard advertisements, placing ads in the Yellow Pages, and you can advertise in sporting event programs.

Hold meetings at your local gym. Ask the gym owners if they will allow you to do this. You may even want to see if you can work out some sort of partnership with the gym, especially if they do not have personal trainers on staff. Some small gyms do not.

So now you know of both offline and offline fitness marketing systems that you can use simultaneously in order to get the clients that you need. All you have to do is take all of these things and use them at the same time to create a killer marketing system.

How to Look Like a Male Fitness Model and Attract Women

The Male Fitness Model…More Attractive To Women Than The Bodybuilder Look

Bodybuilders are such a touchy bunch. There are probably a couple of guys experiencing “roid rage” right now! I know that most bulky guys look at male fitness models and think that they are wimpy. You see many bodybuilders are under the impression that everyone wants to be as big and strong as them. They see a guy who is lifting lighter weights and doing cardio as someone who isn’t as successful in the gym as them. They mistakenly believe that bigger muscles equates to being more attractive to women. Nothing could be further from the truth!

Male Fitness Models Are Built Like Hollywood Sex Symbols

How many male sex symbols are huge and buff? Do you think any of the current Hollywood sex symbols can bench press over 400 pounds? What about stars like Brad Pitt, Matthew McConaughey, Jamie Fox, Will Smith, Jared Leto, Daniel Craig (the new James Bond), etc. Women are attracted to men with average builds, but with great muscle tone. How many men who star in Soap Operas are huge and buff? The answer is that with very rare exceptions, it pays to have a lean muscle build…not a bulky bodybuilder type look.

Male Fitness Models Have To Workout Harder Than Bodybuilders

Lifting weights and bulking up is MUCH easier than burning body fat and getting lean. I don’t care how big you are…you know it’s true! To get big, you just lift with a high volume of lifts and progressively increase the weight over time. You don’t have to be on a strict diet and you don’t have to hit cardio hard. To get lean, you have to lift to maintain your muscle mass, you have to watch what you eat, and you have to hit cardio like a maniac. The reason you see very few guys in the gym with “six pack abs” is that getting lean is tough work.

A Simple Approach to Leaning Down if You Are Bulky

Getting that lean look is actually simple, but not easy. If you are kind of bulky right now and need to lean down you just need to do a few things:

1) Perform Intense Cardio At Least 4-5 Times Per Week for 30-45 Minutes

2) Multiply Your Body Weight by 12. The Number You Get Will Be The Total Maximum Amount Of Calories You Are Allowed To Eat Each Day…Aim for Less If Possible

3) Quit Obsessing Over Strength

4) Quit Obsessing Over Protein Consumption

5) When In Doubt, Cut Back on Lifting And Increase Cardio

6) You Will See “Six Pack Abs” When You Get Lean Enough. Don’t Go Overboard With Crunches and Ab Movements. Cardio is Your Ticket To a Six Pack.

Quit Trying To Impress Guys In The Gym…The Goal Is To Impress Women

When you are hitting cardio hard and limiting your calories, you won’t get as big of a pump as you are used to. You will also most likely lose a bit of strength. The big and strong guys in the gym command respect from all the other guys in the gym. I made the decision that it was more important for me to be physically attractive to women, then it was to impress the other gym rats. I aimed to get a physique similar to Matthew McConaughey and haven’t looked back since. I don’t care if the guys in my gym think that Matthew McConaughey is a wimp…women drool over this guy.

How to Improve Your Overall Fitness While Traveling by Training the Right Way

Traveling for business is a very common aspect of life in today’s society. As a personal fitness trainer in Boston, I work with many corporate clients that travel for days or weeks at a time. Most of these individuals have implemented fitness into their lifestyle, so exercising and training on the road is not as hard as it used to be.

Traveling brings about many road blocks that can distract an individual from their health and training goals. Here are some common issues that arise on the road:

1. Jet Lag 2. No access to equipment 3. The feeling of being too busy 4. Lack of motivation 5. Inability to keep their schedule 6. Consuming unhealthy food in excess at business dinners or events 7. Alcohol 8. Overwhelmed by the amount of work 9. Feeling guilty if they take time to work out

Fitness training on the road can be a simple task; it is just a matter of developing a specific schedule and training the right way. Here are a few tips for implementing a healthy fitness plan into your traveling lifestyle:

1. Schedule in your workouts just like any other appointment 2. Train before your day begins to avoid fatigue and distractions 3. Perform short, intense workouts to keep you motivated without taking too much work time 4. Pack non-perishable snacks for the plane and the hotel room (beef jerky, unsalted nuts, fruit, protein bars) 5. Once you get to the hotel, stock up on skim milk, cereal, low fat chocolate milk, and fruit to fill the refrigerator and eat for breakfast 6. Carry a water bottle with you at all times. Figure out one half of your body weight (in pounds) and drink that amount of water (in ounces) per day. Staying hydrated will help fend of fatigue and jet lag 7. Focus on getting enough sleep, even if you have to call it a night before every one else. Shoot for 7-8 hours per night. This will increase overall productivity with workouts and work

While many people go into their trips with the mindset that they are simply maintaining fitness levels, it is possible to improve overall fitness on the road with a few simple training tips. Here are the best ways to improve fitness and keep your body looking great, even while traveling.

1. Be sure to perform a dynamic warm up with mobility work prior to training. This will improve tissue quality and prime your muscles for the workout. 2. Focus on multi-joint movements such as squats, squat jumps, lunges, push ups, mountain climbers, and burpees. 3. Performing these multi-joint movements will burn more calories both during and after the training session and can be done with no equipment. 4. Train for 20-30 minutes with interval cycles. Set up 5 exercises and perform them all in a row, rest for 1-2 minutes, and continue for 3-5 sets depending on your fitness levels. 5. Do not get overwhelmed with training for a long period of time. Short, intense interval training will burn fat 9 times faster than long, slow cardio or lengthy strength training workouts. 6. The interval training workouts also elevate your metabolism and will burn calories at that rate for up to 36 hours post workout. This will keep you energized and fit. 7. Instead of “cardio” training, use exercises such as sprints or stadium runs if you want to get outside in the fresh air. 8. Train 3-5 days per week for 20-30 minutes

Implement these training tips into your travel lifestyle and even your regular routine at home. You will see faster results, feel more energized, and you will be able to maintain a better training schedule while on the road with these short, intense workouts.

How to Find the Best Fitness Boot Camp

Your body and its state of physical fitness are your most important assets. You should always remember that it is always easier to keep healthy, then to regain your health. Of course, it can also be cheaper to stay healthy then to get treated medically. Thus, it is imperative for everyone to take steps to keep their bodies physically fit and in shape. However, it is a diverse concept. In order to be considered as fit, you have to reduce your weight to its normal levels, you have to increase your cardiovascular endurance, you have to increase your strength and you have to undergo resistance training. However, all of this can be very difficult to do, especially if you don’t know how to proceed.

In the beginning, many people try to improve health on their own with the information that they learn from the media and the Internet. But, mostly this can be a futile effort as achieving fitness requires effort, motivation and finesse in order for you to succeed. You can’t hope to combine the proper exercises in their proper intensity levels. Thus, you would need something like a personal instructor to help you along the way. Of course, hiring a personal instructor can be an expensive method, since you would have to pay at least $100 to $150 per hour to keep a boot camp instructor. You can easily see that the bills can pile up very quickly.

However, you don’t need to worry as you have another viable alternative. This viable alternative is to go enroll in a boot camp. This is a special health improvement camp with several instructors who channel your efforts to create the best possible health for yourself. In a camp, you will be able to have many benefits for attaining camp such as:

1. Working in a group environment to attain it

2. Getting help from your instructors on difficult fitness techniques

3. Getting motivated from your group members and from your instructors

4. Being able to do group activities

5. Your meals are kept under control in a camp

6. Your sleep and your rest periods are also regulated for best results

7. Your achievements (such as your weight, your cardiovascular endurance, your resistance strength etc) are continuously measured in order to track your progress.

8. Whenever you don’t feel up to it, a boot camp can make sure that you continue your program without giving up

9. A morning boot camp can be much more cheaper than hiring a personal instructor, as you can continue with only $100 to $350 per month on most workouts.

10. You can make sure that you always have the help you need in a group setting.

So, as you can see, a bootcamp can be the perfect solution for your weight loss as well as your fitness needs. So, then you may ask yourself on how to find the best fitness boot camp for yourself. Well, the best way is to make sure that you look on the Internet to find the best fitness boot camps in your area. Then you can easily talk to them and examine the various programs that they offer. Or another way on how to find the best fitness boot camp can be to ask around to your friends and neighbors on the fitness camps that they may have used.

Make sure that you go and visit the relevant bootcamps before you enroll. You have to be certain that their program and their instructors are compatible with your needs. However, don’t make the mistake of going to a camp that doesn’t really force you to attain your best. You will need some gentle pushing and encouragement in order to make sure that you get your level of fitness that you desire. Don’t forget that achieving fitness and weight loss requires patience and diligence for you to be successful and this can be best achieved in a fitness boot camp.

Ryan, a former collegiate baseball player at Armstrong Atlantic State University and Southern Polytechnic State University, Ryan, a fitness boot camp instructor at Step It Up Fitness boot camp in Atlanta GA.

How My Human Billboard Fitness Boot Camp Marketing Strategy Made One Instructor $3,315 in 4 Days

I had one of the craziest texts from my fitness boot camp marketing instructor last week which told me that she and her boyfriend had broken up and she would need to enhance her business in the next 3-6 weeks since she can’t stay as a guest forever at all her friends place. She asked me, if I could help her and if this was possible.

So, I told her that she could park at my place and if she wanted money I could help her generate a good income by helping her to write a Human Billboard lead generating email.

Such an email needed to have three important characteristics:

- A subject line that could fire interest and nothing that looks boring or spam even remotely.

- A convincing story which helps in softening up your prospects and get their defenses down so that they don’t behave like skeptics.

- Call to action which tells them about what needs to be done, how it needs to be done and why it needs to be done right away.

Then I sent her the email which generated about $3,315 in 4 days. Check out why was it so effective!

Hey Joan,

I need to be totally candid with you. I am desperately seeking your help and need something done from you. However, before I get into that, do you recollect how happy and slim I was three years earlier? However, then pounds began to creep on me and made my waistline bulge which caused my clothes to become tighter and I could not wear them any longer! The sad sight of my unused skinny jeans drove me mad and made me a workout fanatic.

Everyday I did treadmill exercises for a couple of hours and followed by intense weight training. In addition boring, boiled bland food become my diet in a bid to re fit into my skinny jeans.

Invariably depression set in and I almost gave up everything and accepted my fate to be fat and ugly for the rest of my life.

However, as luck would have it, I chanced upon this magic fitness formula which helped me to fit into my skinny jeans in the next 27 days and that too without any kind of rigorous dieting or physical training.

However, let’s go back to the beginning to understand something. My clients were a part of the mortgage company that went bankrupt.

Moreover I need money soon and can’t even advertise although I need to have something soon else I will be hitting the streets soon! So here is where I need your help

I can provide my personal fitness boot camp training services to help 20 people in fitting back into their skinny jeans. Once these results are visible to the public, they will be nothing less than shocking and you and these 19 people can become "human billboards" for me.

Would you want to agree?

If with my fitness boot camp training services, 20 people can fit into their skinny jeans again, then actions would be definitely louder than words and my business would boom!

What do you say?

Since I don’t have any kind of cash to advertise my personal training services, I could help you in fitting back into that skinny jeans which lies on the back of your closet and makes you sigh!

You can not just have your body back but also have a great feeling of being able to fit in those jeans again. All you need to do is promote my business and for $15 a session, become a human billboard for me.

Do not misunderstand me.

$15 is way too cheap but it will help me to sustain my self while you become your former sexy self. When it happened to me, I used to gaze at the mirror for hours and marvel if it was really me!

All you need to do to help me is to get into those skinny jeans again

Call my cell at 123-456-7891 Thank You so much!!! Marin

As A Boot Camp Marketing Expert, this is a tactic that I have used to boom my business, and I am telling you it works!!!!

Out -of-the Box Boot Camp Marketing, Systems and Tactics. Boot Camp Marketing.

How To Become A Fitness Model

No matter what age you may be, no matter what your body shape, you can become a fitness model. Even if you have a disability you can be a fitness model. Being a fitness model is different from being a fashion model.

Being a fitness model is not about matching up to a stereotype. You may be pear shaped, tall or short. It really doesn’t matter. What matters is fitness and your attitude to your body.

If you have had to overcome difficulties to achieve a better level of fitness then you make an even better fitness model. There is no question of absolute standards.

Fashion models tend to be unnaturally slim for their height. Many of them are unhealthily underweight. They set a standard that is not a good one to follow. The image of the fashion model often persuades young women and girls that they need to diet obsessively in order to lose weight. A fitness model should not go down that route.

Fashion models look like that because they make the clothes look better. If they have no curves the clothes hang smoothly. They look like that because of their genes. They are chosen for their unusual shape.

But being a fitness model is about accepting your real body shape not about selling clothes. If you want to be a fitness model you should put impossible stereotypes out of your mind.

No matter whether you are a man or a woman you should learn to accept your own body shape. Obviously fitness training will improve it but it will not make your legs longer. Set an example by rejecting the ideal of unnatural slimness.

Men have another false body image forced upon them. They are encouraged to go for perfect abdominal muscles and bulging biceps. But there is no need to look like a body builder to be a fitness model. Many men have light frames and will never achieve the body builder look.

Unfortunately some men are tempted to resort to artificial aids such as steroids in body building. This is very harmful to their health and is entirely contrary to the behaviour of a genuine health model.

So the place to begin becoming a fitness model is by making an realistic assessment of your own body form. If you want to be a fitness model and encourage others to follow a healthy lifestyle you must be happy in your own skin.

Your fitness regime will then be directed towards improving your natural body shape not towards attaining an unrealistic goal. You should set yourself attainable goals for improved cardiovascular function, resistance work and endurance.

There is no need to work out for longer than half an hour a day. Your whole life does not have to revolve around training as a fitness model. You have to ask yourself fit for what? You are aiming to be fit for life. There is no point being a fitness model if you do not have any life apart from training. Remember that there is life outside the gym.

As a fitness model you must also pay attention to your diet. This does not mean starving yourself. It means eating for optimum nutrition. Then your skin will be clear, your hair shiny and eyes bright. You will positively glow with health. This is how a fitness model should look.

There is no point being able to say that you are the ideal weight for your height if you look washed out and ill. The way to avoid this is by eating properly. Make a careful study of your nutritional requirements. Learn which foods contain what vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Food is about more than calories.

Eating nutritious food should not be a miserable business. A real health model must have a positive attitude to food. Eating healthily is not meant to be a punishment.

Finally, a health model takes a positive attitude to other people and encourages them to feel good about their own bodies. We all need a supportive network of people around us to be healthy and a health model should set the example in helping others to be healthy.

How to Be a Personal Fitness Trainer – Steps to Success

I conduct certification classes for the fitness organization, AAAI/ISMA. This brings me in contact with thousands of people every year. Because of this privilege, I have a very good idea of the study habits of those who pass certification exams and those who do not pass. I also have some other useful ideas that can help you also if you are trying to become a personal fitness trainer. The points I list here will work for most other fitness certifications as well.

1. Use earplugs. It doesn’t matter what fitness certification you are trying to pass, if you are in a room with a bunch of other people, you may be easily distracted during the test by all the little noises that others make. This can mean the difference between passing and failing a test.

2. Sit in the front of the class. Not all fitness certification classes use a teacher like me. For example, some certification exams are taken in large classrooms without prior teaching (e.g. NSCA) and some are taken using a computer (e.g. ACE). Some exams you take in the privacy of your home on your personal computer (e.g. Expert Rating) and some are take-home tests where you mail the test to the organization for grading (e.g. ISSA). If that’s the case with the certification you’re trying to attain, it obviously doesn’t matter where you sit.

However, if there is somebody teaching you stuff prior to the certification test, it’s in your best interest to sit at the front of the class. This makes it easier for you to ask questions, hear what the teacher is saying and see any illustrations that the teacher is trying to show you.

Also, do NOT ASSUME that the teacher is going to teach you everything you need to know for the test. this is called “teaching to the test” and nobody does this. During the lecture portion of the class you will learn things that may be on the test and information that you will not be tested on. Also, some things that you will have to know will NOT be covered in class.

3. Bring something to write with. I have seen many people who walk into the classes I teach with nothing to take notes with. After about five minutes they start asking others for pen and paper. The people who usually do this are novices, who do not know what to expect and unfortunately listen to the bad advice of friends. When I was in college I would take notes and also tape record lectures. Later, I would copy all the information into a “good” notebook so I had complete record of what was discussed in class.

4. Study before the test. Never assume that you are going to be taught everything on a certification test on the day the test is given. This is one of the biggest mistakes people make and it almost certainly dooms you to failure. All certification organizations have manuals to help you study. All of these manuals are basically the same when it comes to presenting the core-essential information that personal trainers should be familiar with. Where they differ however is how intricate and in-depth they go.

There is no way that anyone will be successful as a personal trainer if they do not study before attempting the test. People must study before walking in the door on the day of the exam. I usually recommend at least 1-3 months of studying (depending on your starting point) before taking a fitness exam.

5. Take a practice test. Some organizations give you the opportunity to purchase practice exams. These are designed to show you the types of questions you will encounter on the certification exam. They will not be the same questions you will be asked on the “real test.”

Remember, a fitness certification only demonstrates that you have passed the MINIMUM requirements. This is true for ALL certifications. Thus, it’s important to stay educated after the certification.

How Employee Physical Fitness Pays Off For Employees AND Employers

More and more these days, employers, from large corporations to small businesses, are recognizing the value of supporting the physical fitness efforts of their employees. Their particpation in supporting and encouraging employee fitness varies from providing room and fitness equipment at the workplace and/or time for physical fitness programs to full scale fitness training and health monitoring.

However, what are the benefits to the employer and the employees of such attitudes and programs? Are the benefits worth it?

Well, each employer will have to judge for himself or herself, but here is what small businesses and major corporations are finding are the potential benefits of helping their employees improve their health and physical fitness.

One of the first things employers may notice is improved employee productivity. This comes about for several reasons. For one thing, there will normally be decreased rates of illness and injury, and absenteeism will go down because of this and because employees will simply feel better about themselves and their performance at work. They will have more energy to get through the day, both at work and at home, and will cope better with stress no matter the source and this can help not only their personal attendance and performance, but can have a very positive impact on their relationships with other employees. Employees will be better able to focus and concentrate at work, and they tend to develop their leadership and performance skills to a greater degree when physically fit.

Of specific interest to employers is the fact that costs of providing health care benefits may be reduced when employee physical fitness programs are in place. This comes about because many health care benefits providers recognize that their costs will decrease when workers are fit and in good health.

As mentioned, the employees will benefit from better health and a better ability to handle stress. Additionally, they typically experience increases and improvements in self-image, self-esteem, and general overall physical and mental feelings of well-being. Many people report an improved ability to withstand depression or even a disappearance of symptoms when they reach states of good physical fitness.

Increased physical fitness usually also brings increased stamina, cardiovascular health, and weight reduction. Weight loss is in and of itself of significant importance as obesity is a major risk factor in such diseases and conditions as heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, and diabetes.

Obviously, when employees are healthy, employers have a better opportunity to be healthy as well. However, health and fitness do not turn off when the employee goes home! Physically fit employees are more likely to have better relationships with family members as well, and may find themselves more able and willing to spend more time with their children. It has long been known that parental involvement with children can be a major factor in helping combat problems such as drug abuse, teen pregnancy, and childhood obesity.

When employees are fit, companies and communities become fit as well and all affected become better able to perform their personal, business, and governmental activities.

On the 3rd Wednesday in May, the National Association for Health and Fitness (www.physicalfitness.org) administers National Employee Health & Fitness Day, which is the largest work site health and fitness event in North America.

How to Choose the Best Fitness Equipment

Choosing the best fitness equipment is a tricky thing. In this article we look at different options that might be suitable for you. There are as many opinions as there are people when it comes to choosing the most suitable fitness equipment. There are those that argue that there is no need for any equipment and taking care of your physique can be taken care of without any additional equipment. Let’s take a look at few different options.

Weight Training

For many weight training is the absolute pinnacle of fitness training. Yet, some critics claim that training with weights is not good for you and you should use your body weight more in your training. Regardless of that issue, weight training has many good things going for it.

The resistance produced when challenging the muscles and additional aerobic workout elevating the heart rate definitely speak for weight training. In addition weight training exercises your ligaments and tendons which keeps up their flexibility. Weight training is an excellent form of training yet you should start very carefully and the best option would be to have a coach that can show you the right way to do it.

What About Bicycles?

There are many who see bicycles as the best fitness equipment and they have a point. Bicycle gives you an excellent conditioning workout and it exercises your heart and lungs, not to mention excellent leg training you would get.

Perhaps the biggest benefit is that you would do this exercising outdoors and that way enjoy being outdoors and getting that very important breath of fresh air. Of course if you are living in an urban area the outdoors is not always very fresh and also if you happen to live in northern hemisphere it can get very cold during the winter months so cycling might not work all year round.

We must not forget that the most important part of choosing the right way to exercise is how it feels for you. If every practise feels like going to work on a Monday morning it’s probably not the right choice, unless you passionately love your work and can’t wait for Monday!

You should also consider the health benefits for your individual needs and that you won’t get bored with your chosen equipment within days of starting using it. That brings one of the most important part of training.

Do You Enjoy Training?

For many, starting an exercise program and keeping it going is not something they do with enjoyment. Of course that happens to most of us as we all have days that we just want to doze off and watch TV for hours without even knowing what’s on. However, if you feel that way everyday you should consider an exercise that doesn’t feel like a chore. That’s why it might be a good idea to put up a plan that would make exercise a part of something that you enjoy doing or are doing anyway.

If you enjoy going out with the family or someone dearest to you biking might be an excellent option. That way you can spend some quality time outdoors and have the benefit of exercise included. Perhaps you enjoy walking or jogging together? Walking is a great way to exercise as it gives you a nice time to be together, talk about your day and just be together. Just remember that for the exercise to be beneficial you should keep up the pace.

Of course this applies to weight training as well. If you have space at home you can purchase some fitness equipment and spend some quality time in your personal gym. Both ways are great ways to get training and also get some much needed time to be together with your family.

If you prefer training outside home then a fitness club might be the best option. Also, many of us don’t have additional room that can be devoted to fitness equipment.

Is It Just A Fad?

We all know the ads that show how easy it is to hide the fitness equipment under our bed after the workout. Unfortunately after being months under the bed they end up in a yard sale without being used hardly at all. That is why it is very important to choose something keeps you interested for a longer period of time.

Fitness Goals

The last and absolutely critical part of this process is to decide what are your fitness goals. If it’s strength building then a weight set is probably the best choice for you. If you want fresh air and cardiovascular exercise a bike or good walking shoes or a treadmill are probably your best options. These are the choices you need to consider when deciding what is the best exercise equipment for you. Take your time and consider different options. Then choose one to get started and make a plan and then follow it. After all, doing the training is the most important part.
