Bear in mind, you don’t really need to do that since you aren’t looking to bulk up that much. Instead, all that you have to do is ensure that your body is getting enough protein, and you should be fine. That’s all that you really need to know about optimizing your diet to help build lean muscle mass – not so tough, right?
