In search of some interesting diet in the spaces of the Internet, I found an interesting one. A diet designed for 10 days and it can not be named as the light diet. If you follow it strictly – you will be pleased with your weight loss. Here we go:
1-st day.
Breakfast. Tea, tablespoon of honey with the addition of nuts, figs, lemon, raisins, etc.
Dinner. We eat whatever we want (not eating around).
Mid-morning snack. Orange or grapefruit.
Dinner. Kefir 1% fat.
Day 2.
Breakfast. Tea with honey.
Dinner. A full-featured.
Mid-morning snack. Kefir.
Dinner. Kefir.
Day 3.
Breakfast. Tea with honey.
Dinner. Kefir.
Mid-morning snack. Kefir.
Dinner. Kefir.
Day 4.
Breakfast. Tea with honey.
Dinner. Tea with honey.
Mid-morning snack. Tea with honey.
Dinner. Tea with honey.
Day 5.
Breakfast. Kefir.
Dinner. Kefir.
Mid-morning snack. Kefir.
Dinner. Kefir.

From 6 to 10 days, repeat the menu in reverse order.

“Tea with honey yogurt”, the name sounds delicious and I decided to find out why these products are used in this diet.
Tea – a sincere and simple drink, tea – the usual means to disperse the depression and unite the family. But it was not always. At the dawn of the history of tea, about 2000 years ago, tea was seen primarily as a remedy for many ailments. Since then, as tea became the most popular beverage on earth, about its medicinal properties were gradually forgotten, tea turn into everyday action, though a pleasant one.

At the use of honey does not arise irritation of the digestive glands, it is easily excreted by the kidneys, has a calming effect and remittent, quickly recovers energy loss.

Honey is rich in fructose, digestive enzymes, proteins, organic and inorganic acids, trace elements, vitamins, and contains phytoncides and bifidus factor. In general, kefir is said to have a magic bullet to improve health and longevity. And what is interesting – for many people milk is harmful, but kefir is useful to all!
