Dinner: fruit salad, a glass of kefir.
5-th day
Breakfast: grated carrots with lemon juice
Lunch: piece of boiled fish, 1 tomato.
Dinner: A piece of boiled meat.
6-th day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee
Lunch: piece of boiled chicken, lettuce.
Dinner: A piece of boiled meat.
7-th day
Breakfast: a glass of tea.
Lunch: piece of boiled meat, fruit.
Dinner: lean ham or sausage (2-3 pieces)
